Description
Without internal combustion engines, solar generators are extremely quiet. From a distance of approximately 20 inches, the noise level of a DELTA 2 Max solar generator (low input and output of around 500W) is only 30 dB, versus others with a volume of 45 dB or higher. In comparison, gas generators can run at an average of 70 dB even from a distance.
Solar generators don't burn fossil fuel, so with zero emissions or fumes, they're a clean replacement for gas generators.
Unlike gas generators, there's no fuel to refill, filters to clean, or moving parts to break. Without engine oil level checks, oil changes or spark arrestor inspections, spend more time on doing what you like.
Outdoors is the only safe place to operate a portable gas generator, keeping your family safe from toxic carbon monoxide. Since it doesn't emit any fumes you can use a solar generator anywhere, inside or out.
